Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

Who we are

These terms apply to the digital products sold by Caspian Digital, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42060298, based in Almere, the Netherlands. Contact: [email protected].

Our products

Each product may have additional product-specific terms on its own website. Where those differ, the product-specific terms apply to that product.

Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

All products are digital. Your purchase is unlocked in your account as soon as Paddle confirms the payment, usually within seconds. You receive a receipt from Paddle by email.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app or via the link in your Paddle receipt email. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our refund policy for details and how to ask.

Acceptable use

Use the products only for your own personal or family use. Do not resell or share paid content, try to access other people's accounts or data, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access in case of serious misuse.

Your content

You keep the rights to anything you create or enter. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you. See our privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep our products available and working, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under EU and Dutch law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes for active subscriptions are announced by email before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
